Keysight Technologies earn top honors after being recognised by Nielsen Norman Group as one of the world’s 10 best intranets for 2021, in collaboration with Attollo Intranet.
For over two decades, Nielsen Norman Group has analysed the evolution of intranet platforms with a laser focus on user experience. 2021 marks the first year in which Attollo Intranet has been spotlighted in the Nielsen Norman Intranet Design Awards. Setting out a very exciting path for Attollo and Keysight Technologies who continue to push the intranet norms.

Building one of the year’s best intranets with the Attollo Intranet feature set
Corporate Communications created a unified digital workplace for Keysight Technologies using a modern approach. The new intranet, Pulse, has a news-driven homepage that helps the organization share critical information in real time and encourages employee engagement. Pulse also allows for better synergy across functions and departments. The ability to comment and react to intranet content fosters a stronger sense of liveness and community across all 180 company locations in 31 countries. The new intranet is mobile accessible, scalable, and easy for teams to adopt.
Employees can easily stay informed about the latest product launches and press releases through the intranet’s frequently updated news items, executive updates, and Q&As, as well as through team pages, communities, and archive of brand and marketing materials. Pulse also provides centralized, shared tools and other resources employees need to build platform-based solutions and improve customer experience and quality. Employees are encouraged to engage and share content through videos depicting how they live out the Keysight Leadership Model (KLM for short) and photo contests; there’s no shortage of interesting, employee-generated content on Pulse!
